Sephora India is a joke. They take more than four days to even confirm the order even if it’s prepaid. That too, you’re lucky if they actually do end up confirming it. I tried twice to order from their website and both the times they took the payment, didn’t confirm the order, kept me waiting for days and after I reached out to customer care multiple times, they cancelled the order and refunded the amount claiming that the products failed their quality check. Why did they catalogue it on their website and accepted money not once, but twice, for damaged goods and kept me waiting for confirmation even though I reached out to them several times, only to cancel it by themselves? What’s worse? I saw the same products listed back on this app a few days after wasting my time. I’m never ordering from Sephora again and deleting this app. They’ve no respect for the consumer’s time or money.

I saw so many bad reviews about the app thinking this would have been fixed but when i downloaded and ordered the app started to glitch after a few days it was only after the bad reviews that i didn’t pay online as it felt like a risk to me and thankgod i didn’t because now every-time i click to see about my order it glitches i don’t know if it’s cancelled? Or my order is stuck but this app is just a mess i don’t know why they haven’t fixed these issued i mean????1

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Sephora. I placed an order for two Rare Beauty products on February 26th—one Luminous Blush and one Highlighter. Despite having already paid for the order, the status still shows as “processing.” The estimated delivery date is March 4th, but since my order hasn’t even been confirmed yet, I’m not sure how Sephora plans to deliver it in just two days. This lack of communication and delay is unacceptable. I expect Sephora to take immediate action and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate an update on my order status and confirmation that my products will be delivered on time. I hope to see some prompt action on this!!
