Sharing my experience with online shopping on the app, i had ordered wrangler reinforced trousers which were delivered on time, however, the colour was an issue. I raised an exchange request and the trousers were picked up. After 2-3 days the exchange was initiated but it was only for the size and not the colour. Apparently exchange policy is only on size. I call the customer care and was patiently heard.. Thereafter i was suggested that instead of exchange, return can be initiated so that SS credit points can be added into the wallet which can be used for ordering the correct colour. Here i thank the customer care executive for promptly advising me and solving the concern. The amount was credited instantly and i could re-order the correct colour in no time.. In all it has been a great experience on shopper stop. Thanks!!
