This does exactly what it says it will do but it also pushes really hard for you to invite friends to be acceptability partners but it’s just a link to download the app. I’d love to be able to see their progress and for them to see mine instead of just texting them that I completed some squats.
love this app been using it for a bit now. i would love to see my friends progress/stats and encourage each other on the app! Can you make a social feature? I would be down to pay a fee for the extras!
I like the app and the settings are flexible to work with. A nice addition would be if you could confirm your squat session on the Apple Watch. I get the reminder on the watch but have to open the app to mark it completed. Still great app and thanks for making it free.
