Soulman's Bar-B-Que

Ordered our food through the app and got nothing but a runaround. We contacted the location associated with the order and were told our order was picked up. They suggested maybe our order was stolen by the driver and to contact DoorDash. However, the tracking from DoorDash said it was waiting to be picked up up well into the closing hours of the store. Several people got the order and then canceled it and I’m just assuming here but because it doesn’t give you the option to leave a tip. I figured that out after the DoorDash receipt said “driver tip $0”. So now I’m out of food money and time. Update the app again with and option to tip please. Good things were the employee mentioned they were gonna take the receipt and write down what happened for the gm in the morning will update soon.

Placed an order on the app- and i was able to walk right in and my order ready for pick-up. Which was great, since most workers were taking care of long line! Quick in-n-out!

I’m a frequent customer of Soulman’s. I get always get great service and always an ample amount of food served. I like the new ordering app. It has improved tremendously.
