Taco Casa number 10 I believe on Junction Highway has always got great food at a decent price with friendly employees and clean surroundings. I have never been disappointed by them and I have certainly been there quite a few times. I even have visited your store when visiting my brother in Oklahoma in Ardmore I believe is where it is. The only addition you could make to your app is to have feedback available right there in the app which would make it easier for us to talk to you. Keep up the great work and thank you for it.

Once an order is placed you are unable to change it in any way. It says to call the number if you need help, but they are unable to make any changes to online orders. They couldn’t even add a cup of sauce. If you get out of the app it removes your items from your cart and you must start over which is why I forgot items to begin with. Frustrating first ordering experience on the app. DoorDash delivers. If I had just ordered through DoorDash I would have been able to add the item I forgot.

I’m so glad you have this great app for us to gain rewards on! I’m also really glad you decided to split off from Taco Bell in the 1970s. You have maintained the same recipes and the same quality all of this time! Thank you for that.
