Cowboy Chicken

There is a past order tab but it never has any orders I’ve made. If you go to transaction history ; it just has how much you paid and not what you got. And also the pickup time is always like 10 min after placing the order without taking into account the rush time in the restaurant. I don’t mind if the wait is longer : I will wait to drive over but I’ve been standing for almost 15-20 after arriving 5 min after the designated pickup time. The estimated time should be based on the rush they have that day; else you’re waiting a long time which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to coordinate your day around. If these features are addressed; then this would be a perfect app but until then it’s 3/5

When I want fast, freakishly good fire, roasted chicken that comes with fantastically friendly service, Cowboy Chicken always delivers! Every time I walk in to pick up food I placed on the extremely easy to use app or order with one of the smiling cashiers, I always feel welcomed. The food has a home-cooked taste that is consistent every time. I am never disappointed. Sometimes we have our church group order and we pick it up and Brad has a always willing to help carry it to our car making sure we have everything. The Longview, TX store is rocking it!!!!! Keep on doing what y’all do best which is everything!!

I’ve only been to this establishment (both locations in McAllen) here very recently and the food is very good. I’ve had a few issues, once with the accuracy of the order and one other with the app not working to earn my points but I will say the food is certainly very good albeit a bit pricey. I would recommended the sandwiches and the whole chicken. The sides have only been a few that I’ve tried and they are good. Fries and Mac and cheese along with the rolls. All good stuff!!!
