I recently received a new credit card and forgot to update my payment information while I was out of town. Understandable mistake—I expected to pay a small late fee and move on. Unfortunately, that’s not how this company operates. In an age where I can manage my bank accounts, trade stocks, and stream Netflix all from my phone, it's baffling that I can't update my payment information through this app. Instead, I was forced to call in just to make a basic change. When I did call, I was met with another hurdle—your system flagged my number as spam. That’s odd, considering every other call I made that day went through without issue. This entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. For a company that operates with minimal overhead and high profit margins, there’s no excuse not to have a simple, user-friendly feature in the app to manage billing. You shouldn’t make your customers jump through hoops to pay you. Do better.
It worked great when I first got it. Now it doesn’t let me confirm my safety. I have to keep texting my contact that I’m safe because it’s already sent them an alert. I have no problem opening the lock boxes with this thankfully. But I’ve updated it twice now and I think those bugs still need to be worked out.
This is a greatly built app and it saves me a lot of time being able to get into lock boxes without having to review my card often. It also allows be to get one day access codes on the go. The only reason I am giving them a 4 out of 5 stars is because they need to add one feature. While I do not use my card often anymore, it would be nice for them to add a way to renew the card on the app, even if it would be only for the iPad version since the new iPad Pro now has a USB-C port. Should not be that had to add this feature.
