Took about 30 minutes to go thru all the required documentation. I like that the app allowed for you to document areas not ask for. Pictures under sinks of plumbing was most difficult, as I am older and had to get down on hands and knees. I would use the app again.

Before using this app, read the section of the Terms of Use that explains what this app provider can do with your data. No one reads this stuff, but do yourself a favor and read this one before you decide to agree to it. You -might- think they gather your data (including photos and videos) for the sole purpose of transmitting them to your insurance company. You would be very wrong. The app provider (a different company from your insurance company) can basically do whatever they want with any data you provide to them. I’ve deleted the app and am electing an in-person property inspection instead.

Overall the app was easy to use, the only parts that I had trouble with is when I had to walk and video at the same time , I found it a bit difficult because I have issues with my balance and I stumbled a few times.
