My home inspection shows as having took place in the app, and it is properly linked to my inspector. When I try to access it, I just get a blank screen. If I try to download what should be a 79 page document, it says it is only 82 bytes. So I called the support number for Porch and even emailed them at the email address they provide. They never emailed me back a response, and when I tried to call during business hours it went straight to voicemail. They eventually called me back three days later and all the individual suggested was to delete and redownload the app. Once I told her I had already done that, she replied “Oh…” and then proceeded to go on about the other features of the app and tried to sell me on one of the “premium” services they provide. Support is as dysfunctional as the app. Terrible experience.

I like that you can create to-do lists based on the inspection report without having to type in the to-do list yourself. Also like that I can store pictures (to remember which colors I used for which rooms). The moving checklist and the different comparison shopping options for different home projects was helpful too. What would make me come back to the app more often: 1. Add notifications for changing estimated home price , when rates to refinance go down , and other money saving tips. 2. Integrate power bill , water bill, etc.

Love that this helps me keep track of virtually everything to do with my home all in one place and gives me access to my inspection report at the same time.
