When you have consistency depositing same check every month from same bank account, should not take too long , my husband deposit same check and it was rejected, he is also on the account. Because I can not deposit it my self I added my husband, and you rejected the check.

I've have a total of 4 bank apps i use frequently. Hands down this is the worst of them all. This is my Gma's account, I'm responsible for therefore i can't close it and move to one of my or her other banks. So I'm stuck constantly being forced to change my password when I'm not flat locked out of it. This app needs support you can access when you can't access your account. Since that is more often then not you would think that would of been addressed by now, but like the rest of the app it's not forward thinking, intuitive, or anything else but a pain.
