I’ve been playing for a quite a long time & you can never win on this platform. And they got the worst customer service of all. I’ve been facing an issue in the tourneys, where the tourney will get stuck & level 4 when I’m in top 3 & I took a screen recording & sent it to their customer support & this has happened like 6-10 times & in few of those I was almost in a good chip lead & was about to win the first prize but whenever I’m in top 5, it gets hang but the level 4 keeps running & my chips gets drained & the tourney ends. This is like planned, when you are about to win the game hangs, I can’t play but the tourney ends. Even after sharing a screen recording with complete proof, all they said was “Sorry for the inconvenience” & we have refunded the initial buy-in for the tourney which was 250😂 but they don’t consider the middle rebuys, the time & the prize I was about to win. And even after that, I faced the same issue so I’m planning to quit this platform as they’re very clear that they won’t let us win🫡

Your app is not user friendly. App interface is portrait and game interface is landscape its not practically good. There is no drop and move option for gunshoot, so Always we have to go back to lobby and select new game. Selection of various game will look better if it is Landscape and not in list view.. ( Felt rummy circle is having best app interface kindly reffer) Playing cards looks fine but i feel the picture of Queen , king, jack is unnecessary. It will be good if we can make 6 groups intead of 5. Also i felt card melding option is different in my iphone and my sister iphone. In that phone i can declare without melding in seprate boxes. But in my phone i shoud meld. I dont knw y.. There is no support option i can find in app.. Tq application developers fr making me loose my hard earned money.i was playing on ace 23 fr past 40 days and I’m a very balanced player, upfront I used to get money playing 6 k 6 player pool and suddenly after updating my KYC and bank details things started moving in reverse directing I was playing a game of total pool 30 k and all of a sudden when I was winning it took me to main page and a msg was displayed saying u dint upload bank details , I have a doubt, hw does it actually matters when ur playing ????it should only matter when ur redeeming your money..pls answer me this and when will u pay my 30 k ??? Secondly even when I’m sitting on wify with 100 mbps speed in my home it says signal lost, surprisingly one thing I don’t understand is why will it happen only when I’m winning and why will it not happen when I’m loosing ???? Ur game has players controlled by ur application developers.. once again a big thanks to the application developers 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻u nailed it u were successful in looting. And it accounts to IPC 420 if filled a case...
