RDFit - Runde Intelligent

So I have a watch that required the original app and it worked fine and was happy with it. So when I went to change my watch face to something Halloween I noticed that my watch face part of the app wasnt showing anything and everything else was blank. So I went looking for the app to see if there was an update and found this one . So I unpaired from the old app and downloaded this app and it did absolutely nothing…no watch faces and no nothing….i am so upset …..what is going on with this app or the last one I couldn’t find the original one….i deserve an answer! Highly annoyed!

This is one of the worst apps I have ever encountered. I own 189 smartwatches and have downloaded and used numerous smartwatch apps. This is the worst one I've ever experienced. The app frequently resets on its own, and the advertisements keep appearing, making it unusable unless you go through the entire rebooting process. As smartwatch owners, we pay extra to purchase these devices. Now, with this smartwatch, we have to waste additional time unnecessarily to achieve what we need? This is unprecedented. The smartwatch that relies on this app for proper functionality is excellent, featuring many options that most other smartwatches lack. However, using this app diminishes the watch's value. The watch manufacturer needs to either find a different app or have this app modify its features. My job involves testing new smartwatches, and I had to evaluate both the smartwatches and the app through testing, resulting in a rating of 1.5-2.5 for both. I would strongly advise everyone not to use either one. Thank you.

From the latest update there has been a problem with the shutter camera feature and calling from the watch , it is impossible to take pictures via the smart watch and the contacts that I have added in the app could not be called from the watch
