To begin with I purchased this watch because it does everything I want checks blood sugars, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate and so much more. The only problem is EVERYTHING. 1. When I downloaded the app it would not let me register. After struggling to register for three days I contacted support through email. Two days later when I decided to try and register again the app opened already past the register page with an account set up in someone else’s name and information??? I tried deleting and clearing info and replacing with my information. Yet each time I try to do something with the watch it brings up foreign language and info. I need this fixed cleared a clean slate so I can enter my information and I need it translated to English. 1. Need all units in imperial not metric. 2.Need to stop having to connect watch to phone. 3. Customization of watch face with photo does not work it will not bring up my gallery. Please fix this or let me know if it’s impossible so that I can return the watch instead which is not something I want to do but I don’t need something that doesn’t work
If you are a totally blind user like myself you cannot use this watch with an iPhone at all the app works but you can’t connect via the app and you can’t do things very easily because you got to get it coming up in your native language first and then in English we ought to be able to choose our native language without having to hear that in Japanese or whatever the languages you speak I’m not prejudiced but I think that that since you’re offering this watch to the public and you are a publicly traded company by law you watch has to be accessible and so does the software and
I like my watch; style, weight, functions are all great. But this app is lacking important features: 1- It doesn’t transfer my step count or other days to Apple Health app which I use for other apps like WeightWatchers. 2- The standard dial-faces don’t show much data, so I purchased 2 new dials. On most of them, the time’s font is huge, and all the other text is very little and hard to read. The one closest to what I need is “multi-function2”. Even on that one, the step count is little and white on light-blue, which is impossible to read. I don’t need the sleep duration; so, the step count should replace that generous space. And at the bottom, 3 boxes can spread a bit wider. The time needs to be smaller and other data needs to be bigger. 3- Each time watch is out-of battery, it looses the new dial-faces. And you have to download them again. They shoukd be stored in the watch’s local memory. It’s a drag to do it every time all over again. 4- I receive text msgs but can’t receive call notifications from my iPhone. I can’t control music or camera from the watch, either. There is no proper troubleshooting guide, either. I checked all over web but couldn’t find any resource.
