If you are on the fence about trying this program, don’t be. Just DO IT!!! I started with Queen Warrior May 2022 and it has impacted my life in so many ways. Since joining Queen Warrior, I have lost over 40lbs, but that doesn’t even matter to me. I am no longer in need of a daily asthma inhaler, and I am no longer Pre-diabetic. There are many workouts to choose from including dance, hiit/power, booty blast, boxfit, etc. and the instructors are extremely motivating and make the classes enjoyable. They really do make you WANT to work out! Queen Warrior also cares about your mental health and has weekly sessions. I cannot even begin to explain how much of an impact it made. I went from feeling low on myself, and not knowing who I was outside of mom and wife to being VIBRANT and CONFIDENT! Take a chance on yourself, and join Queen Warriors today! You won’t regret it!

It’s been a while since I’ve had the motivation to work out. I have a 10month old and needed something to give me the extra push while still maintaining life as a mother and wife. When I tell you this has been a life changing app for me I mean it ! I love how all the coaches motivate you to keep pushing forward not only physically but mentally as well. There are so many options on the app for you to start off with from beginner classes to more advanced workouts , all you have to do is start queens ! Not only does this app have great workouts and coaches but it also has an amazing nutritionist and recipes you can try out ! I’m giving myself a 40day challenge to see the before and after and Im super excited to see the progression. This is the only app that has kept me intrigued and consistent on the workouts. I would give this app 100stars if I could it definitely deserves it ! I am proud to say I am a Queen Warrior and I will not give up on myself !
