Pub Points Platter

**** update, I downloaded this app on my new iPhone and guess what it is not the same game. just received a by the book developer response. I’m sure everyone can see it. Now I see they didn’t address the issue of the only time my card was used was on pub points and soon after well over 100x and more than one account name on Google platform charged and tried to charge my card. I of course fought those charges but here’s the thing. I have screen recordings of your app and the so called performance issues, I call it thieving scam artists, add to that the illegal charges someone. At your company was racking up either way in the end no matter how much you sing and dance you will get caught. I’m gonna go ahead and forward my stuff to the appropriate people. And Apple and PayPal is taking care of those fraudulent charges. You can’t reach anybody for help. When you answer the bot questions it has the same couple of answers one of them being my device is banned. If that was true then why did you take my money?? I dropped 150 on and it wouldn’t let me win after a five dollar win. Everyone of their platforms are like this. Cash carnival, this one and all 11 others. They are not legitimate. Oh and watch your bank cards or credit cards. I received my new PayPal card and the only place I used it was this platform. There were about 20 charges to a Google pay, I have iPhone, .49, 0.00, .55 and many others. So check your accounts

This is a legit 5 stars cause many of you know what this game is about once you log on. Here is the deal. Many are right i did not even get close to 35 (minimum to cash out) until i put money in. Then when i paid i did get 55 bucks but i did not cash out . NOW really read and here is where i find this a scam I did not cash out because i had insurance on the money they said i would get 45 (the money i put in) back so i just played until i lost knowing i would get it back, wrong when they give you that money back it has to be played through the game (again) and guess what i did not win a dime. It online betting you will win you will lose. For the developers i would make it clear for your rebate in the message box that you must play the money again to get it back and do not come back this is in our privacy and rules or something like that you had no issue writing that we needed to cash out in 72 hours so you could’ve easily put must play again somewhere to not fool people. Oh and why did i have to give my id to just have you keep the money? China wins!

Put this as a five star so hopefully it’ll get seen and help someone before it’s too late. The website and contact info listed for the developer is fake and inactive and there’s no real way to contact them for an issue. I played and got my money up to the redeem threshold requirement if 35 SC after playing through an additional SC pack I had to purchase in order to ever get over the last little bit of required SC, and played through it as required. Now I have 35 SC in my account but the game doesn’t track your coins, so it still says there are unplayed point and am unable to redeem my winnings, and the game conveniently stops giving you any wins at just the right timing so there is literally nothing you can do to be able to redeem at this point. If the developers or support do not get back to me, I’ll have my payment reversed as fraudulent to obtain my refund from these scammers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app and all of their other fake apps. I’ll be waiting until end of the day for a response from the non existent support or developers.
