Until now, the previous feedback regarding improvements to your app has still not been addressed. There is no option to cancel an appointment, and it is also not possible to book another appointment because the system detects an existing one—even if it is with a different doctor. I hope this can be resolved soon. If you continuously promote booking through your app, it would be beneficial to also invest in improving its functionality and user experience.

For me my doctor was nice and liked a dermatologist doctor, however a general doctor for my husband wasn’t that much helpful. He had a pain in his back, he took injection, but it’s still paining. 3 days passed already and still no improvement. Hope he will get soon. In general service is good, polite and nice. Hospital is clean and location is convenient for me. Also would like to appreciate a nurse who did injection for me in the second day. I think she is new, but I can see she is good as my Veins are very thin and usually it’s so hard to do it, but she was nice. Unfortunately I don’t know names

Such a great office and doctor Viva Sharma(gynecologist).The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding in sheikh zayed road prime medical center.I’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!
