Libre 2: Graph Scale is unhelpful

Great app to monitor your glucose, however the lack of being able to change the range of view makes it really unhelpful when you’re trying to determine what your glucose readings were on a graph. The glucose axis jumps from 50 to 100 and then to 150. This makes it impossible to determine what the values on the graph were. You can’t even interact with the graph at a particular time to see what the reading was. 2 things I hope they can make better in the app: 1. The scale of axis to be either adjustable or better yet, for the graph to be interactive to scroll to any point in time to get what the reading at that time was. This would be particularly helpful when you are trying to measure your glucose spike based on various variables such as a particular type of food. Unless you had scanned the data at the exact moment of the peak (which is impossible to know) you can’t really measure it accurately as the graph is not readable. So, it’s a bit annoying that the app and sensor are recording all this data but you just can’t read it. 2. To also display the average glucose for the day (this data is really helpful when you setting targets for yourselves and can adjust your food intake, exercise, etc)

Great sensor and app but showing errors

I am using librelink sensor 2. It worked well for the first sensor. I was able to manage my sugar better with the low and high glucose alarms. Upon using my second sensor, I noticed that the alarms were not activated. Searching through the internet, it seems a common error. Hope this got resolved. Second issue is the backup of data. The only solution of above(alarm activation error) is to reinstall the app. This solution worked but I lost all my data. Would be great to have a cloud backup of my data.

Libre Updates Required

It would be extremely useful to have the following data and features on the app:You do not need extra development for these features as such.- Standard Deviation of the readings, this will show how far I am from my average. With the existing backend data, you can easily obtain this number. Standard deviation is a number vital for type 1 diabetic to understand the quality of sugar control. Lower the number, it means we are better in controlling our glucose volatility. Which thus means better quality of life. - Easier and user friendly graph navigation, show all points that sensor records every 15 minutes i believe. We should also be able to scroll through the graph to view each point, like the one of a typical stock market graph. We should be able to zoom in and out of the graph. Increase the user friendliness with the graph and smarter graph information display. - The app should allow to send and share complete data information in detail on whatsapp or other platforms. For example i want to send my detail readings to my family members on whatsapp or my doctor. I do not want to reach out to the reader. This should be made available through the app. Sharing from the app is merely a screenshot level, which shows that in this department team has not put efforts. I should be able to put in dates, and extract full data points (all registered increments by the sensor and tapped by me) on a detailed excel sheet. On top of this, pdf version of comprehensive data and reporting with metrical analysis such as standard deviation, highs and lows, should be available for download. All this should be made available through the phone as we are living in a fast paced environment. I need all these features at hand during any second of my day. Thank you. Regards, Misha
