Prime Sportsbook-OH

Had a withdrawal issue associated with the rollover amounts and recently moving to another state. I’ve interacted with customer support a couple of times with other sportsbooks that I don’t want to name directly, so as a person I try not to message customer supports often unless I have to. Wasn’t looking forward to doing it, but these guys actually seem on the up and up, they fixed my issue same day and it took like an hour. They’re fair and for people that just want a betting platform where their money goes further, I appreciate that mission. Glad they’re expanding states too or I might have been cooked, but they seem genuinely driven by their mission and they’re making some big moves recently. Hope they open in more states though lol

Customer service helped me out and changed things for me and made it a better experience. So my 1 star went up to 4. Only 4 because you can’t find player props on this book

I really appreciate what this sportsbook is trying to be, but they definitely need to put some time and effort into the functionality of the app. This app is so poorly run that I have no choice but to stop using it. How functionality is not the first priority of this book is beyond me, no one wants prime points btw we want a book that works !!! It doesn’t matter how good your lines are if you cannot figure out how to get the app to work, I will happily pay the -110 juice to another book where isn’t borderline impossible to use the book. Figure it out or you’ll end up like superbook or Tipico.
