By far the worst app I have ever used by far—by like 100%. every time they update the app, it gets worse and it seems like they are not really listening. it’s supposed to be the case that this app company they hired makes apps for other large or common cafés or shops, but that doesn’t make sense at all. since they took over it has not only NOT worked, it’s been the most emotionally painful experience when you’re trying to create a routine of convenience in the morning. It does not apply rewards. They took rewards away; if this is supposed to be a customer centric app, it’s by far the worst thing I’ve ever used and again continues to hurt even the brand of Press Coffee. they have this hashtag about no such thing as bad press, and that is absolutely false. there’s tons of bad press and this app is awful. they’re lucky that the actual physical location has a bunch of great people because this app experience, if I were somebody who wasn’t from here and already known about the coffee, I wouldn’t go through the trouble. If I could give this app a negative score I would. And even that would be an understatement. Hire a new development company 🚮

Ever since they updated the app, I’ve had nothing but problems. I’m so sad because I absolutely love the coffee. But at this point, it’s causing me to be late to work every time I have to mess with it redo something or I get there and my order didn’t go through. So then I have to wait longer. So now I just have to go to Starbucks. I don’t want to because I now realize that their coffee. Lol, but I never have a problem with their app, and I need to get to work on time. If you guys fix the app, I will gladly come back.. Please please please please please fix the app.🙏🏼

For a normal, one coffee order, it takes so much longer to order because it loads for 15 seconds on every selection. Really slow and not easy to use. I liked the old app better.
