POWER+FLOW: On Demand

This new app seems to be constantly down with some type of “bug”. Once it’s down, it’s down for DAYSSS. This is twice now that I’m not able to get into the app to access the content. Once the app is up, the content itself is great. Provides a great workout and the energy is crazy. However, I miss the old app. I may cancel my membership for a little while to give them a chance to fix the bug issues bc I feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth right now :(

App is solid. I connect to my TV in the garage and Bluetooth my headphones to the TV and turn the lights out and I feel like I’m a part of the class, as the app performs really smoothly and efficiently. Kristina is the perfect coach that I’ve been looking for. Gives me so much motivation to push. I’d definitely love an option to attend a live class on demand. Loving it here. 🚲🏋🏾‍♀️

If you really like really wanna workout but want to have SO much fun while getting a motivational speech in the midst of catching your breath, honestly look no further. I’ve been watching old videos on Kristina’s channel for months now then found this and i literally don’t think anything could ever top my love for power and flow! I never did a real spin class before these videos and of course its something to work up to, but the more you do it you’ll be surprised how good you get in no time. I have so much fun i forget it’s a workout and the music is top tier! Imma def attend a live class one of these days! I recommend this to so many people it’s not even funny! Love love love thank you for making this!
