When I started using the Struct Club app (shortly after they launched) admittedly I was not a fan. Like most new apps and programs glitches are expected. In my frustration I sought other apps to instruct my classes. I found one that worked well, but it didn’t have some of the features I liked in SC. I reached out to SC Customer Service, they addressed my issue and I tried it again. Discovered another glitch and I tried a different app. This happened about 3–4 times where I left SC, but ultimately will always go back. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. Haha Needless to say, I’ve been w/SC again for almost a year and I am very pleased w/the improvements. Also, they have a very responsive customer service team. I highly recommend!

Thank you! ————— I purchased a 1 year membership to unlock my classes I’d built when the app was free. They became unlocked but an hour or so later they were locked again. After repeated attempts to contact the company and get it fixed the classes are still locked and the app tells me I need to pay to gain access. My credit card was charged so it’s not a billing error. I notified company of the situation but it is still not fixed and I have not received a response. I have missed teaching classes due to this issue! It’s an expensive app so I am very unhappy with the service. The app itself is great except for a recent bug that sometimes makes it impossible to edit unless you close the app and retry.

This app has nearly everything you need to teach spin. My biggest pet peeves are: 1) I have to constantly save because the app will crash on occasion. 2) there is a delay when building a class. For example, I’ll choose my “move” and when I go to slide for the intensity, I have to hit it five or six times before it moves 3) you have to go to the very last song when building a ride to “add” a song that isn’t currently in your playlist 4) If I want to repurpose songs for another class, I have to copy and paste one by one. It would be much simpler if I could check a box on each ride for the ones I want to copy over
