I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have been attempting for weeks to obtain a meaningful review of my concerns regarding purchases made through their game. My issue is not that the purchases occurred. My issue is that when I raised concerns and requested an investigation, I repeatedly received what appeared to be generic, canned responses that did not address the specific facts, questions, or documentation I provided. As a paying customer, I expected a fair review of my concerns, clear communication, and an explanation that addressed the details of my case. Instead, I have been left waiting while receiving responses that appear largely automated and do not answer the issues raised. Because of the lack of resolution, I have disputed the charges with my financial institution and have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and other consumer protection agencies. I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before spending significant amounts of money with this company. If anyone else has experienced similar issues involving customer support, investigations, or refund requests, I would be interested in hearing about your experience. *
This is the second so-called “pool” app I’ve tried that lures you in with a few bucks to start playing for “real” money. At first, they let you win — just enough to hook you. You might get up to around $40. Then BOOM — suddenly, you can’t win a single game no matter how well you play. It’s not bad luck. It’s rigged. They bait you, then bleed you dry. People who don’t realize the scam will keep dumping their own money in, desperately trying to hit that withdrawal threshold. Spoiler alert: you won’t. They’ve designed it that way. SHAME on the developers behind this garbage. You’re nothing but con artists hiding behind a flashy app. I didn’t fall for it, but I see exactly what this is — and I’m writing this to warn as many people as possible. DELETE THIS APP!!! Karma’s coming — and when it hits, it’s going to hit hard. You reap what you sow.
So far Ive been Winning a lot but cautious to best high. I won $26 within the first 20 minutes. When I fell Down to $9, it was easy to win back. Its so hard to stop. Im enjoying playing so much, Ive returned after 2 hours with a balance and trying to reach the $40 threshold. I have high confidence that I will reach it. And if I do not, im really lo Inc this Pool app better than the others. But beware and Watch out for the bombs. They make the game even more interesting and challenging. It hemos you im prove your skills. WIN OR LOOSE, THIS IS THE APP TO TRY. You will not be dissapointed.
