Playa Bowls Rewards

Love the Bowls and coffee. However, charging a .50 convenience fee is tacky, not to mention the CC we use has to be entered each time we place an order because you can’t use Apple Pay- and sometimes the app loads really slow, so after entering a bowl I usually have to hard crash the app and start over. I like the atmosphere of the shop so I no longer order ahead, and I just use the app for the reward points. One suggestion- maybe add nutritional value of the basic bowls- for those of us counting carbs, sugar and fiber intake! :)

DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH THEIR APP, there is zero customer service. It is delivered through Uber and the store will not help you if anything goes wrong. In my case, I did not receive my order because the Uber delivery driver said he gave it to his previous delivery instead of to me. So I called the store and they told me to contact their website platform tap mango. This company is located in Canada and has very limited phone hours for customer service. I also contacted Uber and they were not able to help me- then transferred me to a different department that would get back to me in 12 hours. I called the store again, and again they told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. So now I’m out almost $100, and waiting to get it back at an unknown date. You are way better off ordering through Uber eats DoorDash or any third-party platform instead of directly through the app.
