Plack: Microplastics Scanner

i have been using this app for a few days now and it’s truly the best i’ve never used a better food app than this one. Especially how they give you unlimited scans on foods which is so much easier because other apps make that process hard. And using the app isn’t confusing at all it’s very family friendly and easy to use.

I’m someone who is really conscious of what I’m eating and with the research on microplastics causing countless health issues, from brain damage to cancer, I’ve been wanting to know what’s in the foods I’m eating. What’s the point of eating healthy if all of the microplastics are just gonna cause health issues anyways??? This app has been so helpful when I’m at the grocery store looking for what to buy. I can easily scan the barcode of a product and it tells me the microplastics content in the form of a simple rating! If I don’t feel like scanning a bunch of barcodes, they also have categories of items where I can just scroll to find specific products with good ratings. I have also been able to request products that I did not find ratings for available on the app! It’s really simple to use and I’m excited to see what other products and features will be added! I know microplastics are incredibly hard and expensive to avoid, but this app has really made it a lot easier to make even a little bit of difference in my health. You guys should definitely give it a try!

Downloaded the app recently after seeing a pretty scary article about Microplastics being in all our foods. I enjoyed searching through some popular food items and seeing their results. Kind of shocking to see how much microplastics are in what we eat everyday? I sent in a request for a type of baby food that I’m super interested in seeing the results for!
