I have ordered from orderme app on 04 Mar 23. My transaction got failed. I called the orderme customer care where they initiated the order manually. However, I received the sms on 09 Mar 23 that your partial order has been processed and the refund of remaining amount has been initiated. I have been trying to reach customer care from 20 Mar 23 till to date on 25 Mar 23 for delivery of my order. Neither a single meaningful mail reply has been received from the orderme customer care till date nor I have received any refund. The customer care call is not connecting. They are only replying template mails that we are looking into the concern. The delivery partner is even more pathetic, they arent picking up the calls either. The orderme app says that my courier has reached Mumbai on 15 Mar23. I have never received any sms for out for delivery. I have also not received any calls from the delivery partner. I tried to contact delivery partner as well, however, they are not even answering the calls. For God Sake stop playing with the hard earned money of your stake holders. Such pathetic services you are providing. I will never ever reuse your services in my entire life.

Products are automatically deleting from shopping cart. Please fix this issue. I have tried several times to add some stuffs and when I go to cart for payment it’s shows my cart is empty. It’s annoying and waste of our time

You guys are extracting money from people. This ssc card is a fraud. I purchased the card and made payment. The money got deducted and I still got payment failure msg. I have called customer care multiple times. They literally ask you 100 Stupid questions like .. what is the post office near your place, what is the government hospital near you.. Like he wants to make a Janam Patri. Why is that question asked . What is the relevance to payment failure and the details on ticket raised since a month . And after half hour he says you have called wrong no. I mean are you drunk? Such rude and dumb executives. This is fraud and a bunch of duffers handling a payment failure since a month. Useless application. Don’t pay a penny.. all they will do is this.
