Dealshare: Online Grocery App

This was my first time ordering , and I’m really impressed! The ordering process was simple, the delivery was on time, and all the items were fresh and neatly packed. Everything arrived just as shown in the app. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

I have ordered grocery on eighth November. My amount has been deduct from DealShare and order has been cancelled when I reach to customer care. They inform me you will receive refund 5-7working day after 7 working days. I have connected in customer care. They said payment is not reflecting system. Connect your bank account. Once I have connect with my bank, they inform me payment has been successful. Received via DealShare from then multiple times I have connected customer care. The chat process team think customer is a fool they hold the chat and give only one solution. Please wait. We are checking. AgainThey said you will receive the refund between 5 to 7 working days after that, when I tell the all details, they said, please check with your bank i need my refund amount and they are not providing. Miss Shivani handling my chat she is very lazy she does not have time to see customer chat

I dont like this app, prices are good and affordable but there delivery services are not satisfactory. You have to order before 3-4 days, even after that i have to call on customer-care then i got my order. Grocery apps are not like that, same day delivery should be there. Worst grocery app ever. Don't order it if you want products on same day because once you ordered you cant be cancel it, all you have to do is wait and they dont even show the date and time when your order will arrive. So Be careful before taking place your order.
