If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute nightmare working with this company! Customer service is useless! They took 2 mortgage payments out on me in the same day! I called to request a refund and was told 5 business days plus paper check in mail. Absolutely not am I waiting 2 weeks for MY money this company had no rights to take! Continue to call back to get update on possible getting this issue expedited and we are now on day 3 of my money not being back in my bank! Absolutely awful! Do not work with this company!

Onity knows how to manage a platform! So incredibly easy to set up and use. Gave me peace of mind to have the ability to pay my mortgage on the go!!

took me half the day to get this app to let me create an account. after i finally got it created, i logged in for the first time and the app just sat there with that spinny “loading” thing for ever and ever and ever. do you my payment or not? no, you don’t. your business is foreclosures. that’s why you have half a dozen other nonfunctioning but identical apps on here, that’s why you don’t update the loan originator on payment instructions - the point is to create confusion and roadblocks to making payments on time so you can collect more fees. you weaponize incompetence with the goal of stealing people’s homes. this company has faced these accusations for almost 20 years and they just rebranded AGAIN to escape their bad reputation. they haven’t changed. there is no way for us to pay you after you buy our mortgage without our consent. if this was not true, the app would work just like every other app in this app store. there is literally no excuse in the year 2026 for an app to behave this way - so the most plausible explanation is that this is intentional.
