Terrible online system

If you want a robust online interface for your loan, avoid Pacific Mortgage. Thereโ€™s no way to set up recurring payments, check loan balance, or anything. If you submit payments via their website you just have to trust (hope?) that it went through. You canโ€™t even create an account, you have to enter payment information by hand every time. Absolute trash.

App wonโ€™t load document uploading

Iโ€™ve been waiting and waiting for the app to function correctly, but it just wonโ€™t. Iโ€™m just trying to upload documents and the app isnโ€™t cooperating. Iโ€™ve restarted the app and signed in and out multiple times. This app is so infuriating

Overall functional app

Overall this app serves its purpose, but is randomly buggy and doesnโ€™t behave the way you want. It is also annoying that the accounts created online do not work in the app. It seems like it should share accounts since they are for the same service
