OneDayOnly - Online Shopping

I really enjoy shopping on OneDayOnly, they have great copy so that gives me my morning entertainment. The app can sometimes be a bit buggy, but it’s still the most convenient option. The deals are well laid out, but you do need to know what things cost because sometimes the discount isn’t as much as you’d think.

I’ve been shopping on one day only for years. Returns are usually slow to process but they do get done, eventually. I recently bought an expensive and huge couch that arrived damaged. I logged a return immediately and received some correspondence about sending packing so I can pack it (really.? I didn’t unpack the thing and it’s still in plastic. But apparently a carton being sent to repack the nearly 100kg couch!). There is no further communication and I have these huge piece of furniture blocking my living space, still in plastic and no idea what’s happening. The deals are sometimes awesome, but returns are an essential component of e-commerce. This seller fails in that.

App and deals works well. Their delivery times even for small items are a let down. Average delivery time is 5 - 10 working days. For me the delivery time is closer to 10 -14 working days.
