Navigation through the AP is easy. One question however is not visibly easy to read. The font is small, and it’s a scroll option which asks what the document is for. The color should be a brighter shade than grey, to help locate your selection options. Before you begin the process make sure you have your case number handy. If you can not reach your case worker by phone the day you call, you will have to wait for their reply, which could take days. After filling this out it will also take days to reach your agent that requested the document.

This app is a very convenient way to upload documents to the department of social services. Much easier than having to go to the department and submit them, which for people without transportation is a very big issue. My only suggestion would be to allow the submission of screenshots. Sometimes the information that you need to submit is in an app on your phone, and the taking of live shots requires either printing out the item and taking a photo or downloading the app onto a second device to take a photo of the original device. Not everyone has access to a printer or a second device.
