Very happy with this app. It has made me a lot of money that I wouldn’t have made! With that being said I do have a few ways I think this app could improve. For starters the app glitches a lot. This has prevented me from being able to charge lock out fees this passed week. Removing and redownloading seems to help at the time but then it’ll happen again the next day it will also sometimes prevent me from being able to see the address. Another way I think this could be improved is maybe by asking the clients to provide photos of how much work they need done this way the quotes of how much time a cleaner would need could be a little more accurate. What takes one cleaner 6 hours make take another 4. I’m not sure what the protocol for the quotes are however sometimes clients will only allow for 3 hours of cleaning and what they want done will take more time. I also think the photo thing will help prevent sending us to hazardous jobs. Overall this app was a great idea and I absolutely love it.

1.If you’re a top cleaner, you can get paid for one job per week directly to your card without a fee. I always use this option and set aside the rest for the weekly pay deposit. This week, there was some kind of glitch in the app. My bank account details disappeared, and WITHOUT MY CONSENT, they processed an instant pay and charged me a $30 fee. 2.If you cancel an order less than 24 hours before, they block your ability to take orders for some time. However, this doesn’t apply to clients. If a client wants to change the time, it’s not considered a cancellation. But when a client changes the time, all cleaners see this job, and someone else can take it before you. As a result, it often happens that you wake up ready to go to a job, and it’s no longer there! 3.I don’t see jobs closer than 20 miles from my home, and I can’t compensate for the time and gas spent by raising my hourly rate because in that case, there are no orders at all. 4.The app has many bugs. Messages don’t get marked as “read” until you reload the page 5 times. 5.Support for cleaners is terrible. You can write to the chat in the app, and you’ll get a response 1–2 days later via email. Often, these are automated replies that have nothing to do with your question. Continuing the dialogue isn’t possible because you can’t reply to the email—you can only write to the chat and wait another two days.

This is the most scamming site ever. All my clients who cancel get hit with a fee, so to keep them from getting charged by this scam site I cancel for them on their behalf and I get penalties. I don’t even care about that dang score honestly my reviews speak for themselves. They play around with top cleaner. I give zero fs about top cleaner status. They have been cheating me out of money since day 1. I have never been paid like they claim you supposed to be if someone cancel on you within six hours. Never seen a dime of that I have over twenty same day cancellations. Scam at its finest. They been blocking me out from higher paying jobs even when I was top cleaner. They had jobs for certain people. They also put up jobs for certain cleaners and if you pick it you will get rejected. They have started doing shady things like I cleaned a clients home who already had 5 stars and never even ever had his home cleaned before. He said I was his first cleaner. So how did this guy already have five stars. Something about that just doesn’t sit well with me. They doing too many shady things. If you really don’t want me picking the jobs just block me from the site deactivate my account. Instead of not allowing me to pick up work, or making my score look bad for canceling on a client’s behalf. Sorry ahhhh site.
