I logged into my account on line. Logging on was smooth. No problem Great! I need a new card to get more stickers. Could not do it. The website said to go to the app to get replacement cards and keychain cards. I downloaded the app. Everything thing went smooth, Right? No there is no way to order new cards. But you can scan the barcode on the application, digitally. My 75 year old Grandma doesn’t have a no smart phone. What can you do? Nothing. To make matters worse, she said I’m too stupid to help her. She don’t understand. I don’t understand as well

Clynk customer service is always friendly, helpful and courteous. Due to glitches in their bottle reading system my balances have been off but their customer services always does the research to correct my balance.

Easy and convenient access to your information that can normally be found on the website. Still not enthused about the lack of transparency on per bag data. This is not very impactful to my life, but I have seen other scientists go the extra mile to evaluate if Clynk counts match the user drop off counts. So… 4/5 stars, 5 stars for Clynk would require… A- details on cans per bag B- details on bag drop off, something to keep track of B, AT LEAST, would be a nice addition. All around still much easier than doing yourself, and worth the small cost of bags!
