I love the home itself. It’s very up-to-date in new appliances and it gives you great amenities inside. My only concern and complaint I would say it’s hard to reach the office and that sometimes e-Mails. Also, the new people coming in are not the most respectful of your area and when others argue, to hear it. Or, are playing their music and cars both loud. Not the best feel of community. I had a great neighbor leave because of this. Complaints could be respected more. Your home should be your peace.

We used the app just fine, then this month I thought to set up autopay. I got to the final page and never click the button to complete the autopay set up and exited out of the app. So I never completed the auto pay set up. I got no confirmation for the auto pay being set up not an email or a confirmation of any kind. If I had I could have gone in and canceled it. A few days later, the automatic payment came out and was processing out of the wrong account cause an NSF fee and us being late because we couldn’t transfer all the money at once to the account it was pulling from. Now I’m hesitant to use the app.

Please add back the display of how much I owe or how much I've paid ahead of time that used to be on the Pay page in the app until some time within the past week, when it was removed. People need to know exactly how much their landlord's computer system says they owe when they're trying to pay. Some people also want to prepay a certain number of months of rent, and it would be very useful to them to know what amount of credit they've built up according to their landlord's computer system.
