I love the home itself. It’s very up-to-date in new appliances and it gives you great amenities inside. My only concern and complaint I would say it’s hard to reach the office and that sometimes e-Mails. Also, the new people coming in are not the most respectful of your area and when others argue, to hear it. Or, are playing their music and cars both loud. Not the best feel of community. I had a great neighbor leave because of this. Complaints could be respected more. Your home should be your peace.

It’s nice that this app exists, but although you can make payments via your checking account at no extra charge, they charge an exorbitant fee if you pay with debit or credit card. I could understand maybe paying two or three dollars for a convenience fee but over $33??!! pretty insane. And I think there should be more options for payment. There is this other feature that I just noticed. I think it’s called good egg where you can make payments over the course of the month instead of the full value all at once. The problem is they charge you a monthly subscription fee of $25 a month plus an initial $25 activation fee. It would be better if they just charged a lower activation fee and did not charge any monthly subscription fee. Also, the app tends to get buggy, when it comes to the rental insurance. It doesn’t properly track when you’re covered and will frequently tell you for months on end that your renters insurance is expiring despite you having already provided proof of coverage many times before.

Please add back the display of how much I owe or how much I've paid ahead of time that used to be on the Pay page in the app until some time within the past week, when it was removed. People need to know exactly how much their landlord's computer system says they owe when they're trying to pay. Some people also want to prepay a certain number of months of rent, and it would be very useful to them to know what amount of credit they've built up according to their landlord's computer system.
