Nourishin: meal support

Going into pregnancy for the second time I knew how much food I would need postpartum but I also knew I would run out of time (with already busy toddler life) when it came to getting prepared. This app and my community SAVED me. I didn’t have to awkwardly ask anyone or arrange anything while I was in a flap, trying to remember how to breastfeed. Allergy-friendly food showed up at my door and it was a really easy process to set up and use the app. Highly recommend to any Mummas to be. A must have!

The nourish app has made it so much easier to support our Mama village in the postpartum period, with details of dietaries, house locations all easily available so you don’t need to bother mothers in their most overwhelming days. The recipes ideas available in the app are perfect for choosing what nourishing food to cook for our village, Thank you for creating an Aussie based app to support our community!

I would say this is a must have motherhood app, but it’s more than that- having the Nourishin app meant my community could drop meals to me while I was busy healing from major surgery. It’s so easy to use, and such a convenient way to ask for help when you need it most. An app everyone should reach for when in moments of need!
