Noah's NY Bagels

I visited the Tustin location after finding myself nearly for work for three weeks. I signed up for the rewards using the app but it did not give me the correct free item. I asked the clerk if they could help me. They understood the issue I was having and got their manager, Idallia/Idalya. She fixed it right away and wrote a note ensuring I would receive the correct discount on my next visit. She was so friendly and thorough and did make me feel like I as annoying them. It is difficult to find such amazing customer service. I returned the next day and received my free item with no issues. They bagels were fresh and there was a great selection. I got a large blended ice drink for $5.99, which less than Starbucks. I’ve gone back several more times have received a second free bagel with schmear and a free coffee. Another customer told me he had the same issue with the app not comping the correct item. Their tech team needs to correct the glitch with the app.

Noah his bagels is great and I’m glad they finally have an app to make it easier on me and my family to pre-order her food I love the pictures of the sandwiches and bagels so I can show them to anyone previous to give them an example of the sandwich before they pick that as there choice. But there are a few glitches in the app it’s self the prices are not shown when I click on menu and I have no where to select the option so I’m a little confused I also couldn’t order on the app the last time I went to Noah’s bagels because of the fact that I forgot my email and password I had typed in 1 million different combinations and I’m for sure that I had use this email that I had typed in but there was no account found and I know there was rewards on that account I tried to contact customer service and there was no response it’s been two days so I’m not sure how long the normal response time is but kind of annoying. I hope they improve soon because I love Noah’s bagels and it’s right down the street from my house. Thank you, Ains

I’m trying to reach customer service, so I’m hoping someone responds to this. I just need help resetting my password. That’s it. There is no customer service number that I can find, and I’ve submitted multiple requests for help through the website’s customer support ‘email us’ page. It’s now been two MONTHS and I can’t get help, not even from the clerks at my local Noah’s store. They just tell me to use the website’s email contact form, which hasn’t worked for me. I get no reply. The problem is that the app won’t allow me to log in. Every time I press the login button, the app routes me to the Sign Up page, which of course already recognizes my phone number and email as being associated with an account. At some point during my attempts to login, the app prompted me to change my password, but when I try that, I never receive an email with a link to reset it (yes, I’ve checked every folder, trust me). So I’m stuck in an endless loop where I can’t login because it thinks I’m trying to sign up, and I can’t change my password, and I’ve sent multiple requests for help through the Noah’s website with no response. Please help me, this is ridiculous. Is there any customer service number I can call to get help?
