I start working in the car industry since 1995. It was not easy to get the right up system till the Nextuup system came out. Very easy platform help the team get the right solution to assist the clients and also keep all records for the management to reviews and keep track of the traffic coming in. Great system easy simple and very reliable. Thank you to the team who created to make our job easier.
For 18 years, I have consistently delivered top-tier results as a leading salesperson at the same dealership. The Next Up System is absolutely indispensable for managing my daily tasks. With a base of 3,000 repeat customers, I still need to continuously strengthen my pipelineโwhich requires always being ready to welcome new clients. Without Next Up, I would be stuck standing on the showroom floor all day, unable to even make calls to my existing customers. By effectively leveraging Next Up, I continue to achieve maximum results. Thank you, Next Up!
I hate leaving reviews let alone bad reviews, but I am doing so in hopes that the developers see this. Does the app do what itโs meant to do? Sure. Is it easy, accessible, straightforward and practical? NO! This latest update (version 9) has somehow made an already impossibly clunky app more convoluted and difficult to use. Let me explain. This latest update crams your previous โPositionโ and โActivityโ tabs and a third โQueueโ tab onto one page, making everything smaller and harder to click. The tabs can be expanded by pressing โ+โ to show their contents, yet the minimize button โ-โ seems non-functional. Whatโs the point of having it then? Also, if you want to refresh your list (by the way, no idea why an auto refresh feature hasnโt been implemented), you have to directly drag on the reps - nowhere else on the screen works - which is an unwelcome change from the previous version of the app. Due to the swiping nature of marking a rep with an activity, trying to refresh the list sometimes results in the activity menu opening, which is a huge annoyance when you simply want to quickly view the current list order. A third thing, the menu tabs on the bottom are also small, impractical for phone use due to the size of the content within, and are VERY cluttered. Iโve only mentioned a few things that stood out to me the most. All in all, the app was already clunky and had its quirks, but the most recent update somehow made it all worse. Should a dev see this, Iโm more than happy to share more, and even offer suggestions. Iโve worked in front end development in the past, and it seems the team with next up is ignoring core UX principles. For what itโs worth, itโs a great idea, just the implementation for the phone app (which is used daily by the sales reps) is falling short.
