This app makes everything so easy. From scanning to keeping track of customer information. Everything works smoothly and it takes clear pictures for printing. No complaints!

It’s truly a shame that my company went with this service for our credit applications. I simply don’t understand why it is so difficult for developers and ux designers to make a competent application when there are already so many that exist and work without issues. Dealer safeguard solutions seems to refuse to want to improve their product for their customers. The app always freezes often deleting all information that was entered it cannot seem to ever crop the image properly and the overall interface is terrible. I pray that one day my company either stops using this service or dsgs actually makes this a viable application that works.

I’m a salesman who has to constantly use Informativ and it’s user interface and seems less user experience and interface truly makes the experience of the worker amazing! Also the customer support is always there to help and does weekly training seminars to help with understanding the apps features!!!
