DriveCentric

This is the tenth time this app has asked me to rate it this week. Sad and thirsty. Also this week, DriveCentric, Inc emailed me asking for (you guessed it) another survey rating their app. I completed it and had the chance to give them a zero. About ten minutes later, they called me to give them a verbal survey. They demanded I explain the rating. When I told them this was the only iOS app that asks multiple times in a day to rate it, they made excuses about that was the App Store/Google Play Store policy and there was not a way for them to change that. After hanging up with them, a simple Google search gave me the API name and basic documentation on a way to limit the number of app ratings by up to three times in a 365 day period. I copied and pasted it back to them. Since then, I have been repeatedly asked to rate the app. Until they can respect their user’s time, they get 1 star from me(I wish I could give them 0 stars). Josh Overbeck you should be ashamed to have your name associated with this product. Don’t you ever email me again.

I have used every single CRM in the market! Over my 15 years in the industry, this CRM is the best hands down! I’m actually confirming all my appointments for the day right now when I was promoted to leave a review! With all the time I save with the app version on my phone, I have no problem leaving this review with all the time they save me, and deals they make me. The built in AI, is second to none! 5 stars and a must have for serious volume dealerships, or those trying to get there!

I have worked as a GSM, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and many years as an Internet Sales Director for different Auto Groups. DriveCentric has stormed the playing field with the most advanced CRM I have ever worked with. I have worked with Vin Solutions, Eleads, Auto Raptor, Dealer Socket, Salesforce, and others. However, DriveCentric packs a punch. It delivers more accessibility with its video platform. They have developed easily accessible buckets where your lead funnel moves the customers along the buckets promoting engagement until a customer reaches delivery. They streamlined the use of the sidebars, notifications, and messaging. Filtering allows the user deep dive and identify customer needs with little effort. Their virtual showroom brings customers into the dealership in way that allows you see all the stores engagement in real time. Their Live Video Room and other features surpass other CRMs. I’m definitely pleased and seeing success with the DriveCentric CRM.
