Honestly it makes everything really easy to follow up with customers and keeping tabs on everyday duty’s. I prefer this over the system we had before. Small fixes: On iPhone when sending an email, you can’t type or read while holding your phone the normal way on longer emails without having to slide your screen over. There should be a way to flip your phone horizontally to have a better view of typing/reading or needing to screen shot the convo. Adding customers jointly. There should be a way to easily when upping customer’s to add both to the same profile so there isn’t any confusion if next time the wife or husband decide to come in alone and I only have the husbands info while my co-worker gets the wife’s info. All in all I like the app but just needs a little more work.

If you like headaches, just bang your head against the wall and save yourself the trouble of using this app! Both accomplish the same result! Seriously, this app never functions properly. It will log you out unexpectedly. Seems never to open properly to login. Customers get sent choppy text messages or you receive choppy text messages from customers and have to piecemeal them together. It will delete emails, or not send them. If you hop out of the app to double check something before sending a message or email it will erase everything you were working on. It sends texts to the wrong customer sometimes creating serious confusion and heat. The list goes on and on and on. I used to love dealer socket years ago. But they have seriously fallen off.

If you have a choice, DO NOT get Dealersocket as your CRM. This has been by far the worst system. Dealersocket has constant connectivity issues and bugs and they refuse to make any improvements to their system. They fail to provide any customer support and do not respond to any reported issues in a timely manner. They have had full-blown outages during weekends. The app is a horrible integration from the computer version and you will be missing opportunities due to all of the errors like notifications not working, system not connecting, random HTTP 500: Internal Server Errors, and so forth. Their support staff does not listen to any feedback and the only thing they will do is throw you in loops to waste your time and avoid getting to the real issue. eLeads is by far a much better alternative with far less issues.
