Using this system would be good if could fix a couple things. A having the system remove the customer that you are trying to take a video. If you try to click on the link under the customer name. My system makes everything and disappears back to the Home Screen. It just disappears.

50% chance of your personalized video actually going through. Nothing like taking a great video you spent 15 minutes preparing information for just to have the video magically disappear as soon as you send the video. (Without any notification). So now you’re waiting for your customers reply but they never got the video. Time wasted and FaceTiming is way more personal anyways...

We use it at the car dealership I work at and customers love them. When they come in from the appointment video we sent out they always say how ahead of the game we are by doing this and really enjoy the “personal” video we send out by using their name instead of mass sending the same video to a bunch of people. Great app!
