I’ve been using the app for a little over a month. The workout plans are great. 5 stars. However, I’ve noticed you can’t go back to look at an exercise or adjust your reps/weight if you hit the next button. Numerous times I accidentally hit the next button w/ out inputting my data or inputting an incorrect number. I’ve also noticed when I complete a workout the time it states it took me is only between 2-6 mins? I’m not sure if it’s counting my rest time … but regardless, I definitely rest more than 6 mins a workout. So it’s unclear what that number means. I’d love it if I could input how many reps per leg and how much weight per DB. I’m sort of confused how the app wants me to input everything. If it says 10 e/l do input 10 reps? Or 20? If I’m using dumbbells do I input the weight of one dumbbell or the combined? App needs to be more flexible. Just a little fine tuning. But the workout plans are fabulous. It’s worth every penny.
I love the workouts, but I workout at the gym and sometimes the machines I need aren’t available - it would be helpful to be able to move to the next exercise and then go back to whatever I had to skip. My workouts also keep logging as 3-4 min in total which is definitely a glitch. I’d also love to be able to do some conditioning workouts on demand - I’m on the strength program but sometimes like to change it up. I did Chontal’s program when she was at Sweat so I’m excited to be back with her training, but the app functionality could definitely use some improvement.
Love chontel. Have been using her programs on the sweat app for over 2 years with outstanding results. This app is unfortunately 25% as functional. Workouts don't include warmup or cool down, the pause/restart workout function doesn't work, and there's no way to fast forward/pick up where you left off if the app crashes (which it did for me frequently today). There's no video demo of the exercise while the reps are running--you have to click into the exercise name to see a demo, and that demo glitches/freezes (and the workout doesn't pause while you view). I had to hard-shut-down the app mid workout today for bugs. Back to the sweat app for now.
