I love the art style and the breakable levels takes me back to classic beat ‘em ups like TMNT and Street Fighter 2. But what really impressed me is the data collection or lack thereof. They don’t spy on you AT ALL. Look at all your other apps. They’re all selling your data. These guys shouldn’t be so rare but they are. Plus they don’t even force ads for devs who do spy on you. This needs to be supported and catch on. Thank you guys. I’ll happily spend money on honest games and devs.
Similar to the Vampire Survivor type games, I like it. Some clever little jokes thrown in. Good playability. I really like it so far. What I really like is they say they won’t use any ads except from their own games because they don’t want to promote games that are platforms for ads and happen to have a cheesy game thrown in in between them. I never actually saw any ads but I love that stance and decided it was worth it to support the developer. Kudos to you guys!
I don’t know much about Doom and Destiny but this looked like a humorous spin on vampire survivors, so I picked it up. I was not disappointed! The game plays great and checks all the boxes for the genre. After a few hours with the game I’d like to see more weapons added and a little less grind in the beginning to get more useful unlocks. Anyway, this is a fun title if you like this type of action roguelite, and it was clearly made by passionate developers. Worth it!
