These rich companies always say to check website or app first and then have terrible tech and expect you not to call. I updated today and was pleasantly surprised. Good job updating your app. Making things more efficient already.

So it is amazing with today’s technology that BCNSNE can’t deliver a decent app. Most functions take you away from the main app so if you have to go back home, you have to sign in again. I see a new app today which I downloaded and signed in and it has less information than the original one and doesn’t show the flex dollars available. I’m thinking Blue Cross needs to get help in the user technology department.

The new app is filled with features and is much easier to access benefit information. I love how easy it is to check prescription medicine costs and find a doctor.
