NearMe Airport Taxi Transfer

Foreigners traveling to Japan, please listen to this review carefully. We scheduled an airport service pickup Tuesday night for our leaving flight Thursday early morning. We get our confirmations Wednesday night saying our pick up is confirmed on Thursday. When the day finally comes, minutes turned to hours until we finally find out it’s a no-show. Customer service is 0 help, telling us that there was no way to help us in English, only sending us to the AI chat for help. If you value your time and money, DO NOT USE this service. We should’ve done more research but I guess it’s my fault for putting my blind faith on this airport service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PLEASE! We are now struggling to get a refund off of this.

I scheduled a pick up at Narita Airport for 2 hours after our arrival. When we arrived I noticed our pick up time was 4 hours after our arrival. I cancelled our reservation and the three of us had to use the public transportation with all our luggage. I do not understand why they would want my flight time if they are not going to utilize the information. I do not recommend this app, I will never use NearMe ever again. NotForMe App is what they should call it.

I arrived at the designated pickup location within the reservation window and the driver had already left. Company charged me a cancellation fee and will not refund. Do not use this service.
