I use this app all the time to help run my unit’s PRT Program. It is strait forward, easy to use, and makes the alternative cardio a breeze to calculate. I also use it in my personal training to set my fitness goals for my own PRT. It’s great

I started just using this for my husband and I a few years ago. As LPOs now we both love being able to help our sailors estimate their PT goals. I’ve gotten sailors to graduate FEP and achieve their Excellent scores to skip. It was a little tricky at first, but over the years it’s become our go-to app!

As a CFL it's extremely helpful to have this app and use it to answer any questions or concerns that service members have. The fact that anyone can use this and have the most up to date information makes it an asset for them! Keep it up!!
