An incredibly helpful application enabling users to effortlessly apply for health cards and schedule appointments online, streamlining the process and conserving time and energy. I efficiently applied for my daughter's card through it. Although the app experienced a crash after a recent update, the developer promptly resolved the issue.

The application requires a lot of work, this app is basically for applying for a new card. Making appointments, and adding a person under you. A health app like this, should provide history of the patient, medical records, test results, basically everything that a patient has to be available for him or her. You can see from the reviews that everyone is saying it requires improvements, but nothing is changing. And I’ll say it in arabic as well maybe the app developers don’t understand English. البرنامج جدا بسيط، مافيه اي مواصفات او امتيازات، مايعطيك تاريخك في الصحة، مايعطيك فحوصاتك السابقة، نتائج الفحوصات، البرنامج عباره عن تقديم بطاقة جديدة، اضافه شخص، و تقديم موعد. حتى تقديم الموعد عباره عن كود و انتظار ٤٨ ساعة عشان يتواصلون معاك. القطاع الصحي لازم يكون افضل من هالبرنامج. قطر تستحق الافضل

This is the 3rd time I am updating my review. Unfortunately this up is not people friendly. I have applied for the health card on January 13 and only today I got a message that I have to upload additional docs. And by some reason the app asks me to upload qid of my wife.. excuse me, but I’m single :) I had to call 107 if they could help me-no way. Through the app I can’t neither get a health card or change the health center. Sorry folks, but your app is garbage. I could already go to the health center and get my card long time ago. In the end this seems to be like the only solution.
