I’m not sure why, but the app will work fine for one or two therapy sessions, but when I go in for a few days later, it will not recognize me tapping to begin therapy. I’ve had to delete the app and download it again… I’ve done this 6 to 7 times. Don’t know what the problem is, but it’s frustrating.
App is pretty straightforward. Connection via Bluetooth. The device overall experience is smooth and easy to operate
The timer stops timing when one wants to look at another app. The machine keeps applying the therapy. In order to do a workaround I set a timer using Siri on my phone. The developer really needs to adjust the timer so that it will keep on working while looking at a different app.
