Didn’t really know where to leave this review but for years I’ve had chronic joint pain and it’s limited my exercise and mobility. I hadn’t heard of blood flow restriction before and was a bit worried about it but my PT calmed my nerves and told me this would be the best solution for build my muscle strength without strain on my joints. The difference has been unbelievable. After 1 month I feel stronger than I ever have before and am doing exercise I haven’t been able to do in years!! So grateful for this product. Thank you for all the amazing work you’re doing!!

Use it regularly for Pickelball elbow and it works! I felt 90% less pain after the first use and have kept using it to prevent it from acting up again. Highly recommend!
