The app is great. It is wonderful to be able to see all of your appointments in one application. I really enjoyed the updated pre-surgery timeline which isolated tasks to complete by week. Having a picture of the provider allows you to connect with the provider before you even step foot in their office. You can easily communicate with you care team: ask questions, refill a script or just to let the team know how you are progressing. When you visit an HSS provider including your physical therapist or massage therapist, all of your information is on the app. Not only for their reference but for your information as well. I love how easy the app is to use. Thank you HSS for making the patient experience a great experience.

Upon my very first introduction to Dr Quershi I have had the greatest experience in my health ever. I am a combat Veteran that has been suffering from back issues for a long time, three years ago it had gotten so bad that I couldn’t hardly even walk. In 2019 I had chiropractic, acupuncture,and massages. In 2020 I had three back surgeries in a different state, in 2021 I underwent approximately 20-25 spinal epidural injections that eventually allowed limited relief and now I made the trip to Dr Quershi and the very first minute of in person interaction, he and his staff have treated me better than ever. Now we have taken out a former fusion and have replaced it with a better fusion and post surgery eight weeks and I am in less pain than the last five years.
