tthe basic level is ok But then the app becomes useless We can’t book appointment We can’t access records The message service is Zero Minus Rated as messages are not read or responded to The prescription is out of date and excludes new prescriptions The history section is not used and no comments are made on it. And it is lacking in basic information My Address Can’t be seen or updated is a means one could use to update The hospital details Nhs number Or references are not stated Appointment made are not recorded on this it would be useful to have since they don’t send out SMS And deny an appointment was made when we know specifically one was made No blood etc results are recorded in fact once going for a test one does Not have the results which one can discuss with a relative or specialist The patients history is not recorded on the system again useful especially when seeing specialist or consultants and at 8O I am suddenly been given many tests as the GPS do no longer make any decisions until TESTS are carried out And the new fad Is for reception to book phone calls so that the GP doctor can triage one before going to the surgery and their is no record of the time or date set for this call which is made in haste by the receptionist so they can answer the next call The Ap has great potential but right now it’s almost useless Please respond so that we know you have seen this Otherwise this to is a waste of time and Effort taken by me to complete this survey SANDRA AND ROB WEAVER 134 Keating close Rochester Old address Flat 3 Forsyth court Gillingham

I was very weary about this as last time I tried online with a different app it was useless. This app though has been absolutely amazing, my usual pharmacy would never have my prescription done or hadn’t received it all and it was making it so hard for me sometimes having to go without pain relief, I wasn’t allowed to phone my drs up to request it and I wasn’t allowed to phone the pharmacy either. So it had become ridiculous to get all my medication on time. And with me being so Ill, I was finding it difficult to get to the pharmacy especially if I kept having to go back and forth. Since having this app it’s made getting my medication so much easier and it gets delivered for me which makes it all stress free and I always have my medication on time each month. It also give reminders of when I’m starting to run low and need to request a new prescription. The last couple of weeks Iv had a couple of problems but they are ones that can’t be helped. I definitely recommend this app to anyone brilliant service and delivery of medication when needed.

I have enjoyed the GP app until it came for me to recently request a prescription. I was surprised when I went to pick it up as historically over 17 years, I get 3 months supply for Crohns Disease and there was only 28 days!! As I was due to go on holiday I ordered again 2 weeks before I was leaving on my app only for it to be rejected. This has not happened before. When I called my surgery, many times and explained, they were not helpful and I ended up going on holiday without my full medication! On my return and requesting on the app again- still rejected, called the surgery explaining again I had none and would be going to attend a family funeral away from home for a week and needed my medication. What a battle I had to try and get my prescription- in the wind the practice manager got involved and again I never got my prescription on time. I went a month without it! All because my app has suddenly started rejecting my request!
